CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

 Once purchased, courses, services, and live classes offered by PROMPT EDIFY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED are non-refundable under any circumstances. There is no money back policy in place. However, if PROMPT EDIFY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED cancels any event or webinar, a 100% refund will be paid to the candidate within 15 days

Return and Exchange: PROMPT EDIFY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide returns or exchanges for purchased courses, services, or live classes, except in cases where the company cancels an event or webinar as mentioned above.
 
Course Fee Policy: The course fees mentioned on the PROMPT EDIFY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED website or any third-party sites are subject to change without prior notice. The company reserves the right to modify the course fees for various reasons, including special offers, student referral discounts, or changes made by third-party service providers.
