1.Online Instructor-Led Training / Self-Paced Learning Course:
 
For online instructor-led training or self-paced learning courses, we will assign all online resources within 24 hours after registration. Once you have completed the registration process and made the payment as per the agreed terms and quotation, you will receive access to the course materials, resources, and any necessary login credentials via email. Please ensure that the email address provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

2. Offline Instructor-Led Training (Classroom or Client-Side):

If you have opted for offline instructor-led training, either in a classroom setting or at your preferred location (client-side), please note the following:

A: Start Time Confirmation: You are required to provide the preferred start time for the training at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and assign the instructor for your training session.
 
B : Delivery of Training Materials: Prior to the training session, we will coordinate with you to provide the necessary training materials, including physical copies or any other required resources. The delivery method and timeline will be agreed upon between both parties.
 
C: On-Site Logistics: In the case of client-side training, it is the client's responsibility to ensure a suitable training environment, including the necessary infrastructure, equipment, and facilities. Any specific requirements or arrangements should be communicated in advance to ensure a smooth training experience.

Please Note: Any delays or changes in the agreed start time or delivery of training materials should be communicated promptly between both parties to avoid any inconvenience.
